Bournemouth pulled off a surprise of the week in the Fantasy Premier League as a Joshua King strike was enough to earn all three points against Manchester United. Liverpool and Manchester City both survived scares against Aston Villa and Southampton respectively as they battled from a goal down to get all three points thanks to late goals.

Chelsea maintained their run of wins at Watford beating the Hornets’ 2-1. Arsenal and Tottenham both ended up splitting points against Wolves and Everton respectively despite scoring the first goal.

Gameweek 11 Review- 81 Points

New boy John Lundstram proved to be the star of the Fantasy Premier League week. Two goals and a clean sheet gave him an amazing total of 21 points which boosted the team’s total score. He was supported by Tammy Abraham and Sadio Mane who both scored 12 points each.

Andrew Robertson had 9 points while Joshua King had 7 points. John McGinn got 5 points for his role in Aston Villa’s opener against Liverpool. Kevin de Bruyne and Jorginho had 4 points each while Youri Tielemans and Rui Patricio had 3 points each. Jamaal Lascelles got one point for his efforts against West Ham.

The average for the week in the Fantasy Premier League was 53 points.

Gameweek 12 Transfers

The team looks all set for the coming week. Jorginho has been vital and although he was suspended against Crystal Palace, he will stay on to offer support during the following weeks. Lascelles seems to be the hottest candidate for a transfer but the Newcastle centre-back has been solid and churning up points when necessary.

Both the keepers face each other with the Portuguese having the home advantage this time and therefore is chosen ahead of his peer. Andrew Robertson, Erik Pieters and Jamaal Lascelles start in a defence with Tottenham facing John Lundstram and Chelsea facing Patrick van Aanholt moving to the bench. It is Kevin De Bruyne, Sadio Mane, John McGinn, and Youri Tielemans in the midfield this week.

The Manchester City man and Liverpool winger face each other in a tough match up this week. Jorginho, who is suspended for the week moves to the bench. Harry Kane and Tammy Abraham start alongside Joshua King this week with the Chelsea striker made captain for the week. The Tottenham striker is his stand-in.

It is Brighton at home for the Red Devils as Ole’s men try to steer their campaign back on track.
