What a game this has been. It ebbed a nd flowed in the first hakf before Wedsin produced an absoliute peach of astrike to give East Bengal the lead. But, before Bebgaluru could even build a comeback they were undone by a Robin Singh blitz in the early minutes of the second. Vineeth than scored what proved a consdolation with five minutes to go.

In every title race there are resullts that define a season. I'm going to stick my neck out and say that this win could be the making of East Bengal maiden I-League triumph. For the Blues its back to the training ground as their season of transition rolls on. Good night from Bengaluru.

A wonderful half of football. Both teams had half chances before East Bengal's two best players in Bukenya and Wedson combined with the latter unleashing a rasping shot that nestled in the top corner. 20' Another early cross from Bengaluru but once again Bukenya is there with the header.

13' Vineeth leads the Bengaluru counter but his deep cross towards Ralte is just cleared but Khabra has his attempted cross blocked.

12' Wdson tries one ftrom distance but it goes well wide.

10' Udanta tries to break down the right but Bukenya comes in with a textbook sliding tackle.

7' Bengaluru counter and as Vinetth tries to turn and shoot Bukenya is s there to block.

6' Payne finds Borges who slices his shot wide.

5' Udanta opens up the play with a ball down the right and as a criss comes in Rehenesh punches. The loose ball comes to Chhetri whose shot is blocked.
