Fulltime- It's fulltime here at the Yuba Bharati Krirangan. East Bengal have completely outwitted their opponents 2-0 and thoroughly on the pitch as well. They have won both the derbies this season in the I League and can definitely take some pride in the fact even though the I League challenge is still a long way. 

90'- Three minutes are added as injury time at the death of the second half.

89'- And now East Bengal make their final change in the game as Samad Ali comes on for Jaime Santos.

87'- Mohun Bagan make their final change as Abhisek Ambedkar comes off for Arijit Bagui while Lalram Chullova undergoes treatment on the pitch.

86'- Esqueda's resulting shot is saved well by Shilton Paul but East Bengal still keep posession in the final third.

85'- East Bengal are still on top of Mohun Bagan here as they get a freekick which Dika Ralte will float in the box.

83'- Bagan players are losing their heads as Sony Norde hacks down Lalram Chullova and sees a yellow.

82'- Mohun Bagan makes a change as Tirthankar Sarkar comes on for Darren Caldeira.

80'- As the clock ticks down to 90, can Mohun Bagan get a goal back and instigate a comeback? Or will East Bengal get their third and put Mohun Bagan out of their misery?

78'- Enrique Esqueda comes on for Antonio Dovale as East Bengal make their second change. 

76'- GOOOOOOOOOOOOALLLLLLLL! JOBBY JUSTIN SCORRREEESSSS FROM A CORNER KICK AND RUNS TO THE EAST BENGAL FAITHFUL TO CELEBRATE IN STYLE. HE SEES A YELLOW FOR TAKING HIS SHIRT OFF BUT I DON'T THIK HE WOULD BE BOTHERED BY IT TOO MUCH.

72'- Darren Calderira sees a yellow for a poor challenge on Jaime Santos Collado.

70'- Mohun Bagan have upped the offensive since the last few minutes adn are looking to threaten the Mohun bagan defence with intensity.

63'- Alejandro Menendez makes his first change in the game as Brandon comes on for Danmaiwa Ralte.

62'- The attendance at the Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan is declared to be 62,629 strong!

56'- Mohun bagan are creating a barrage of attacks but the offside flag is spoiling the party on their intent to get back into the game.

52'- CONTROVERSY AT THE DERBY! DICKA SCORES FROMA  RESULTING CORNER BUT HE IS GIVEN OFFSIDE! 

50'- Mohun Bagan make the first change in the game. Khalid Jamil brings on Shekh Faiaz in place of Pintu Mahata.

49'- Jaime Santos is guilty of an off the ball scuffle with a Bagan player. Mohun Bagan and East Bengal players get involved in the scuffle, Jaime is lucky to espace a yellow here. 

47'- Lalram Chullova scythes Sony Norde to the ground and he sees a yellow in the process. Bagan to float the resulting freekick deep into the box.

46'- Once again, East Bengal lead the possession right after the break.

6:05 PM- The East Bengal players have taken to the field for the second half.

45'- The referee's whistle brings the first half to an end. East Bengal have been the dominant side and they deservedly lead 0-1. Mohun Bagan defence has looked shaky on many occasions and need to figure out a way to get past Borja Perez who has been a wall in the East Bengal defence.

42'- Jobby Justin has been very active in the final third, challenging for every 50-50 ball and has been superb in building up. Don't be surprised if he finds a goal tonight.

40'- Borja Perez has been absolutely superb for East Bengal so far, he has been a brick wall!

35'- GOOOOOAALLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JOBBY JUSTIN MAKES HIS WAY ON THE RIGHT WING AND STORMS INTO THE BAGAN BOX. HE THEN SQUARES IT TO JAIME SANTOS WHO FOOLS WITH A FAKE SHOT AND FINISHES IT DEFTLY. 1-0 FOR EAST BENGALLLL!!!!

33'- Funny how Kassim Aidara took another long shot just as I was typing the previous statement.

32'- East Bengal tried two shots from outside the box in two minutes. Fair to say the strategy hasn't worked so far.

29'- Mohun Bagan are trying to create right now with some smart exchanges. Sony Norde finds space on the wing to shoot but Lalram Chullova makes a great block to thwart the effort!

25'- Mohun Bagan built a great chance here as Kisekka's layoff found Sony Norde on the flank whose cross almost fell to the feet of Dicka but it did not have enough power to fool Raksht Dagar.

22'- Mohun Bagan tried attacking East Bengal on a quick counter. The ball falls to Sony Norde but Borja Perez slides in to avert the danger.

21'- Tempers flare in the derby as the referee has to break a fight in the middle of the field. Omar EL Husseiny sees a yellow!

20'- East Bengal are taking their time building from the back. Bagan defnece is looking shaky in the meantime.

18'- Chaos ensues in the Bagan defence as Ambedkar and Shilton Paul fail to communicate on whether to clear the ball. Jobby Justin tried to take advantage but the dangers was somehow averted. Lucky miss for Mohun Bagan here!

15'- It's East Bengal who are back in control of the game here as they are loooking to build their way to the Bagan box. Their attempts have been met equally by the Bagan defence.

14'- Sony Norde takes a short corner with El Husseiny and then crosses tohe ball to Kingsley in the box who cannot get enough power to divert it goalwards. 

13'- Mohun Bagan have a corner here. Can they take the early lead in the game?

12'- Every touch from Sony Norde has been greeted with a roar from the supporters but to be honest, he hasn't hit his stride just yet.

10'- Jaime Santos and Jobby Justin have looked active in the final third. Bagan defence needs to focus on stopping those two from enjoying a fair share of the ball.

6'- East Bengal with a fantastic play as they slowly built their way to the Bagan box with some pretty build-up involving one-two between Dovale and Jaime Santos and a spray pass to Ralte. Jobby Justin couldn't connect his shot and Danmaiwa Ralte's shot on the following chance is weak and falls to Shilton's gloves. 

5'- East  Bengal tried to storm through the right flank with Jaime and then Ralte, but were unable to take advantage.

3'- Sony Norde's deep freekick cannot beat the first man in the East Bengal wall. Bagan dominating the early possession.

1'- Mohun Bagan have an early chance on goal as a mispass finds its way to the feet of Dicka early on in the game. His tame shot is collected by Rakshit Dagar.

5:00PM- Ladies and gents, the Kolkata derby is now upon us. Round 2 of the Boro match begins.

4:59PM- There has been a very late change for Bagan. In place of Kinowaki, Kisekka starts.

4:55PM: The FIFA anthem is roaring over the PA as the players make their way to the pitch.

4:51PM- The East Bengal subs are making their way to the bench greeted by the Red and Yellow faithful.

4:45PM- It's far from a full house here at the magnificent Yuba Bharati Krirangan. You can see a few blocks empty. However, there are still 15 minutes left on the clock and you can expect more football aficionados to pour in.

4:40 PM- Pintu Mahata is coming back to the starting lineup after a long injury layoff, as the winger missed 2 months of action. For East Bengal Kamalpreet Singh comes in for suspended Manoj Mohammed. It will be a huge challenge for the former Minerva defender in this high voltage fixture.
