The visiting team showed their class on the night.

Jamshedpur FC continued their poor run of form, as they lost 0-3 against ATK at the JRD Tata Sports Complex in a crucial Indian Super League clash. A brace from Roy Krishna and another one from Edu Garcia sealed all three points for the Kolkata outfit, as they leapfrog FC Goa to climb to the top spot in the points table. On the other hand, with this defeat, chances to qualify for the playoffs look bleak for the Men of Steel and they have a lot of ground to cover. [KH_ADWORDS type="3" align="center"][/KH_ADWORDS] Here are the Indian player ratings from the game:

Jamshedpur FC

Subrata Paul- 5.0 The veteran goalkeeper had a bad day at the office, as he was wasteful with his distribution and gave the ball away in dangerous areas. Paul did not take control of his defence and was not commanding with his saves either. Sandip Mandi- 4.0 The young defender paid for his early mistake, as he lost possession in the final third allowing Roy Krishna to tuck it past Subrata Paul. He had a torrid time throughout his debut, as he slipped and Prabir Das almost added to the scoreline. He was very tentative on the ball and lost possession in dangerous areas. Jitendra Singh- 3.0 A night to forget for the former India U-17 defender, as he was reckless with his tackles. Despite being cautioned in the first half, he brought down Jayesh Rane illegally after the break and the referee had no other option than to give him the marching orders. Joyner Lourenco- 6.0 The only defender who put in a shift for the Men of Steel. He ventured forward at times to combine with Farukh and made 11 clearances, which show the pressure he was under. Denied Edu Garcia with a terrific goal-line block in the first half. Amarjit Singh Kiyam- 5.5 The India international could not make any worthwhile impact during the 45 minutes he was on the pitch. Jamshedpur had no impact from Noe Acosta's side, so Amarjit was sacrificed to bring the Spaniard back in the middle, with Aniket Jadhav coming to the flanks. [KH_ADWORDS type="4" align="center"][/KH_ADWORDS] Farukh Choudhury- 6.5 He was the epicentre of everything positive that happened for Antonio Iriondo's side. Kept swapping positions and dropped deep to create chances for Sergio Castel. Hovered around the free space in the final third and created some half chances for his team. Sumeet Passi- 5.5 The forward had no space upfront and therefore he tracked back and made 15 clearances to help out his depleted defence. The man disadvantage hampered Jamshedpur's gameplay massively, as Passi had to drop back and as a result, Castel was starved of service and was left all alone upfront.

Substitutions

Aniket Jadhav- 6.0 Came in for Amarjit right at the start of the second half, as Iriondo wanted to use his pace on the flanks and take the attack to the opposition. He kept the young Sumit Rathi busy on the flanks. Had the best chance to get a consolation goal for Jamshedpur, as he forced a great save from ATK custodian Arindam Bhattacharya.

Karan Amin- N/A

Came on late in the game and hardly made any impact.

ATK

Arindam Bhattacharya- 6.5 A calm and composed outing, where he dictated the proceedings in his penalty area. He was vocal with the defenders and parried out everything from corners. He made two great saves to keep the clean-sheet intact. Pritam Kotal- 7.0 His rise as a centre-back has been monumental this season and using all his experience, he kept Sergio Castel at bay. Made nine clearances and was great with his distribution as well. [KH_ADWORDS type="2" align="center"][/KH_ADWORDS] Anas Edathodika- 7.0 Came into the team and brought more muscle to this already solid ATK defence. He kept Rathi covered on the left flank. Had a great understanding with his fellow defenders to restrict the hosts to few clear-cut chances throughout the game. Prabir Das- 7.0 We mostly had the taste of how good Prabir Das is with his crosses, overlapping runs and combination play with Krishna. But, apart from all his attacking influence, he was equally adept in defence, as he doubled up for Kotal and bailed ATK out to form a tight flank in the second half. He put in a proper shift on both fronts. Jayesh Rane - 7.5 Was a livewire for the visitors in the middle of the park, as he combined really well with Krishna and Prabir Das and created a lot of chances from the right flank. He did put in a great shift and his movements were often instrumental in stretching the Jamshedpur defence and allowing Krishna and Edu to make runs between the lines. Sumit Rathi- 6.0 The youngster was under a bit of pressure in a wider position, as he had to take a lot of workload. His duels with Aniket Jadhav spiced up the game in the second half, but Anas used his experienced and doubled up which allowed Rathi to venture forward at times. Substitutions

Michael Regin- N/A The former Chennai City man was brought on only to allow Javi Hernandez a breather late in the game and he did not make any worthwhile impact. Ankit Mukherjee- N/A Came on for Prabir Das right in the dying moments of the match.
