The Spaniard admitted his players were not fully comfortable in the game.

Jamshedpur FC and NorthEast United played out a six-goal thriller at Guwahati, as the teams shared the points in a 3-3 draw. Four goals were scored in the final 13 minutes as both teams fought tooth-and-nail in their quest for three points, but ultimately had to settle for one apiece. Antonio Iriondo and his young side showed great character throughout and came back with a well-deserved point. The home team took the lead through Federico Gallego in the fifth minute and more or less dominated the first half, until Jamshedpur got themselves back into the game just before half-time. It was a game of cat-and-mouse, as the final 15 minutes ensured that either team went in front once to ultimately squander the lead again to remain at parity. [KH_ADWORDS type="4" align="center"][/KH_ADWORDS] Both the teams would, no wonder, feel frustrated at the result and the Jamshedpur coach reiterated his disappointment. Antonio Iriondo made an honest assessment of the game saying, "We cannot say it was a good match. Obviously, the players gave 100%, I think we were a bit nervous due to the situation, so it was difficult. We made a lot of mistakes and it didn't help, as we were not comfortable either. Both the teams were trying, but there were a lot of mistakes. There were phases in the game that were boring." He praised the efforts of the young players in his side, who have played well throughout the season. "Every game, the youngsters are trying things on the pitch that makes us proud. Every day they are trying their best and they are making some mistakes which have led to a couple of goals. But, it's okay. We are thinking that next year they will be better players. All the experience they will gain with these matches is important and we are thankful that they try and give their 100%." "There are a lot of reasons for motivation. It is about trying to improve every day and to be better each day. This is another opportunity to get better and gain experience. We are playing football and we have to be thankful for that. That reason is enough for you to go out and enjoy your game and give your 100% there." Jamshedpur FC will next travel to Hyderabad to face bottom-placed Hyderabad FC on 14th February. Whereas, NorthEast United will travel to Bhubaneswar to face Odisha FC a day later.
