Aridane Santana: Odisha FC striker out for rest of season with injury

Odisha FC forward Aridane Santana will be out of the remainder of the ongoing Indian Super League season due to an injury to his left foot. Aridane Santana scored the maximum number of goals for the club in the sixth season of the league. He is currently at the second position on the list of top goalscorers with a total of nine goals from 14 matches. As much as we will miss Aridane and his fantastic striking abilities, we will secure a top four spot and not give up as Aridane never did. On behalf of the club, I wish him a speedy recovery.” Speaking on this, OFC head coach Josep Gombau said, "It is a big loss as we will not have Aridane for the remaining matches. I want to congratulate Aridane and be grateful to him for all his amazing job for the club this season, on and off the pitch.
