Madhya Bharat Sports Club is on a talent-hunt tour in collaboration with Celtic Sports Academy throughout India.
Madhya Bharat Sports Club recently reached the final of the Goa Super Cup in the U-15 Championship. The Bhopal-based club had one of the strongest runs in the league, and went on to the finals without conceding any. The club is currently on the lookout for young talent all across India working in collaboration with Celtic Soccer Academy in India.
The players were in fine form in the attacking third, scoring 19 goals in just four games in the build-up to the finals. In the trophy-decider, Youth Soccer Academy, Mumbai, defeated Madhya Bharat 3-0 in a fighting encounter.
Club owner and CEO Rishish Dubey said, “Winning and losing is a part of sport. I am very proud of the boys and coaching staff. They did a satisfactory job. The experience will only spur better players from here on.” The team was in high spirits as Richie Richardson Kujur of Madhya Bharat was awarded the Best Goalkeeper of the tournament.
This is the second final appearance for the growing club on the trot and Madhya Bharat Sports Club yet again proved that they are on the right track. The club had won a number of individual awards last season as well.
Two quality young footballers were sponsored by the club and their supporters to take the trip and participate in the tournament, as they could not afford the trip themselves. This shows the club has the right eye for talent and will work in a positive way ahead in Indian football.
