You will probably need 105 to be champions at the end of the season- Jurgen Klopp
The Reds remained unbeaten in the league thanks to goal from Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk
The Premier League is experiencing one of its finest seasons, as the battle for the top spot is getting more and more intense and tougher with each passing gameweek. So far Liverpool sit on top of the table with 48 points from 18 games, while Last season's champion Manchester City are on 44 points with 17 games played.
The Reds' boss Jurgen Klopp believes that all top five teams have a clear chance of winning the league and Liverpool may need to finish with 105 points to grab the title. Speaking to Sky Sports following the 0-2 win over Wolves last night the Liverpool boss said, "So far it looks like a really special season, 48 points before Christmas is crazy,
But, there are other teams. Chelsea, Manchester City, Tottenham, Arsenal, will probably win, so then they have 40-something points, nobody is dropping points down to fifth or sixth. You will probably need 105 to be champions at the end of the season, you don't know.
We know we are good and are in a good moment, but we have to respect the others who are good. So, we can't start a party or plan a party for the summer now.
For the moment, it's really nice and now we have to make sure we have fresh legs as quick as possible and get ready for Newcastle."

He helps so much, but you also see how we do it around him. Virg is the player we saw in him, so that's cool."
Liverpool will host Newcastle United on Boxing Day and will look to consolidate their place on the top of Premier League table.
