Real Madrid confident of signing Eden Hazard and Paul Pogba
The Premier League duo is tipped by many to leave their respective clubs to join the Spanish giants in the upcoming window.
After a disastrous season in both La Liga as well as the UEFA Champions League, Real Madrid are all set to get back to winning ways. Before the start of the season, the club saw Zinedine Zidane leave his throne as the manager following which former Spain coach Julen Lopetegui took over the reigns.
However, the Spaniard couldn’t carry on with the legacy left behind by Zidane and was eventually sacked by the club at the middle of the season. This was followed by academy coach Santiago Solari become the new manager but little did his arrival influenced the performances of the Los Blancos.
In a resultant series of events, the Spanish giants reappointed Zidane and are currently sitting in the third position in the table. However, their infamous exit from the Champions League, forced by a young Ajax side is something they won’t be able to forget for years to come.
Thus as a corrective measure, Madrid are already on the lookout for new signings that will help them get back to their best. With the summer transfer window nearing down, speculations regarding the club’s long time target Eden Hazard are once again grabbing the headlines.

While some believe that the transfer of the talismanic Chelsea attacker to Madrid is imminent, it is still a matter of official confirmation by either of the clubs. On the other hand, reports from various newspapers suggest Manchester United prodigy Paul Pogba is on the way out too, with Madrid being believed as one of the destinations.

Sky Sports pundit Kaveh Solhekol recently tweeted that the Spanish club is ‘confident’ of signing both, Hazard as well as Pogba next season. “Pogba has been criticised for his performances during Manchester United's recent run of poor form and is set to leave if they fail to qualify for the Champions League,” he added.
