Both teams had forgettable campaigns in their respective leads.
Indian Super League outfit Delhi Dynamos will look to continue from where they left off as they take on Churchill Brothers in the Hero Super Cup eliminator at the Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar on 15th March at 5 pm.
Dynamos come into this game on the back of a 6-match unbeaten run that saw them rise from the bottom of the ISL standings to finish 8th in the table. Veteran striker Kalu Uche was the pick of the players for the Lions, as he found the back of the net 13 times in the tournament and he will be looking to keep his good run of form going as they lock horns against a Churchill Brothers side desperate for a win after a disappointing I-League season.
Churchill finished 9th in the I-League and were relegated to the 2nd division of the tournament. The Goan side finished with 17 points from 18 games and will be hoping to end their dismal season on a high by advancing to the Round of 16 of the inaugural Super Cup.

“We can’t afford to take Churchill lightly. They are desperate to bounce back, and their aim is the same as ours; to advance to the Super Cup. They have a strong bunch of players and we need to be wary of that and not be complacent,” Head Coach Miguel Angel Portugal said.
Portugal’s side come into this game after a 2-week long break during which they played a friendly against Delhi United F.C. which the ISL side won 2-0.
