Ancelotti has been away from management for a while now after getting the sack from Bayern Munich. The Italian was a probable contender for coaching Italy's national team, but the 58-year-old recently declined the offer. Ancelotti is a proven tactician having won titles with most of the clubs he has managed. The Italian is also rumoured to be a possible replacement for Wenger at Arsenal.
Carlo Ancelotti's tactics are considered as one of the best of its kind in the world
His attacking tactics and free-flowing football can be a perfect blend with Arsenal's philosophy. Also, Ancelotti's Italian approach to the game can bring defensive stability, a quality which has been missing from the Gunners' style for a while now. With his perfect transfer policies and tactics, Ancelotti could be a perfect candidate to fill the void left after Wenger's exit.
4. Antonio Conte
Conte's stint at Stamford Bridge is most likely to conclude at the end of this season. Chelsea has had a disappointing campaign as defending champions and are battling hard to get at least a Champions League spot. Recent reports suggest that the 48-year-old is also frustrated with the club's transfer policy and has shown his despondency time and again.
Although, his next possible destination is unknown, it is Italian will have no shortage of suitors when the summe comes around
3. Maurizio Sarri
Sarri is one of the most exciting Italian tacticians around
Sarri's stay at Napoli could end within the next few weeks as the Scudetto is slipping from their grasp. Napoli who had a golden chance to win the title this season are fumbling right at the business end of the race with two back-to-back draws. Thus, increasing the gap between them and leaders Juventus to six points.
Club President Aurelio De Laurentiis recently bashed Sarri for his lack of squad rotation and allowing the title to slip away which has made the tactician's future with the club, uncertain.
