Paris Olympics 2024: Bangladesh schedule, results, live streaming and telecast details

The South Asian nation will be participating in four events at Paris Olympics 2024.

Bangladesh at the Paris Olympics 2024 will be participating in the summer games for the 11th time in its history. Since making its debut in the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic games, the South Asian country has been sending athletes in all the Summer Games.

However, it is yet to make its debut in the Winter Olympics. Bangladesh is yet to win a medal at the summer games, and the largest contingent that they could send was in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games when seven athletes from the subcontinent nation competed in Athletics, Shooting, Archery, Golf and Swimming.

In the 2024 edition of the quadrennial megaevent, five athletes (four men and a woman) will represent Bangladesh. While swimming will see representation of Bangladesh by a male and a female athlete, archery, athletics and shooting will only see Bangladeshi male athlete competing at the Games.

Archer Mohammad Sagor Islam became the third athlete from his nation to directly qualify for the Olympics. The 18-year-old is the youngest athlete form his nation at Paris Olympics 2024. Meanwhile, sprinter Imranur Rahman is the oldest at 31 years of age.

As aforementioned, five athletes will be participating for Bangladesh at Paris Olympics 2024. Four male athletes and a female athlete.

Swimming: Samiul Islam Rafi and Mst Sonia Khatun
