Malaysia are sending 30-member contingent across eight sports.

Malaysia made its Paralympics debut at the 1972 Heidelberg Summer Paralympic Games, sending a delegation of three athletes, competing in only track and field and weightlifting. The nation then skipped the next three editions before making a return at the 1988 Games in Seoul.

Malaysia has never participated at the Winter Paralympics. The Paris Paralympics 2024 will mark their 11th participation at the summer games. The country has won a total of 16 medals including 6 gold, 4 silver and 6 bronze. Majority of their medals have come from para powerlifting. Tokyo 2020-21 Paralympics was the best ever in Malaysian sporting history as the country finished with six medals, including 3 gold and 2 silver.

Note: Some Athletes have qualified for more than one sports*
