Starting with the Kerala State Electricity Board, this Kannur-born player entered the professional league via Chirag United Kerala. However, his productive time came at United SC for whom he scored nine goals, seven of them in one season. The versatile attacking midfielder is known for his on-and-off ball movements. After joining Bengaluru FC in January 2014, Vineeth played his part in the team's I-League 2013/14 and Federation Cup 2015 triumphs. He has also been a regular in the national camps since his debut in 2013. Vineeth provided two assists in nine appearances for Kerala Blasters FC in 2015 and was the highest-scoring Indian last season with five goals. Kerala's local boy will look to add to his goal tally this season as well.
