Krisztián Vadócz is a Hungarian professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder for Mumbai City FC in the Indian Super League.
Born in Budapest, Vadócz made his professional debuts aged 17, with hometown's Budapest Honvéd FC, and caught the eye of Ligue 1 club AJ Auxerre in the 2005 summer. However, he managed no first-team appearances in a three-year spell, finishing his last on loan to Motherwell in Scotland.
Season 3 with Mumbai City FC will be Krisztian Vadocz's second stint in the Hero ISL having previously played for Maharashtra rivals FC Pune City in the inaugural season of the league. The former Hungarian international began his football career with the Budapest Honved FC academy before moving to France to play for Auxerre. He then joined Scottish club Motherwell before moving to NEC Nijmegen in Holland. Vadocz continued to travel across Europe and also joined Spanish outfit Osasuna as well as Danish club Odense Boldklub before his first Hero ISL spell with the Stallions. Following his time in India, Vadocz also represented Swiss-outfit Grasshopper Club Zürich, Spanish team Deportivo Alavés and Australian side Perth Glory.
Vadócz made his debut for both Hungary's under-21 and the full side in 2004. He scored his first goal for the latter a year later, in a 3–2 friendly win over Antigua and Barbuda in Miami, Florida.
