Lucian Goian is certain to bolster Mumbai City FC's defensive backline this season by bringing a wealth of experience. The 33-year-old Romanian has been capped by his country at the under-21 level and has played for Romanian rival clubs FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt and FC Dinamo Bucuresti. He has also played football in Asia before with Chinese Super League clubs Tianjin Teda FC and Beijing Baxy. Goian will be looking to win silverware and bolstering his trophy haul that already sees him possess a Romanian League Championship, a Romanian Second League Championship, the Romanian Supercup and two Romanian Cups. He last represented CFR Cluj during the 2015-16 season and will be raring to go in the blue of Mumbai City FC when Hero ISL Season 3 kicks off.
