The Rebellion fallout hits hard on TNA Impact this Thursday.
TNA Rebellion 2026 delivered in a big way from Cleveland, Ohio. Mike Santana retained the TNA World Championship, two new tag team champions were crowned, and a surprise return shook the whole roster. Now, TNA Impact wastes no time getting the fallout rolling on the April 16 episode, taped from the Medical University Arena in Syracuse, New York.
Two huge matches born directly from Rebellion’s events are set for tonight: TNA World Champion Mike Santana will be on the show, and the mysterious Undead Realm continues with Part 3. Here’s everything confirmed for tonight.
The biggest story coming out of Rebellion is the return of EC3. He made his first TNA appearance since 2018 in Cleveland, confronting Eric Young after Young spent time talking down the city. EC3 sent Young over the top rope, grabbed a microphone, and challenged Young to a match on the April 16 Impact. Young had no choice but to accept.
This is a fresh, compelling rivalry. EC3 comes in with a chip on his shoulder and something to prove after years away. Young, one of TNA’s most seasoned veterans, will not give him an easy welcome back. Tonight is a chance for EC3 to make a definitive statement in his return run.
KC Navarro made a surprise return at Rebellion, interfering in the AJ Francis vs Nic Nemeth match. His distraction allowed Bernie Kosar to hit Francis with a steel chair, and Nemeth then scored the pinfall win. Francis is furious. Navarro, returning from an ACL injury he suffered in August 2025, wasted no time getting back into the thick of things.
Tonight, they collide one-on-one, and Francis will be looking for revenge. Navarro’s timing and agility make him dangerous even in his first match back. Expect Francis to bring the aggression here.
TNA Wrestling announced that Santana will appear on the April 16 episode of TNA Impact. The TNA World Champion survived a dramatic main event at Rebellion, where Eddie Edwards and a duplicitous Alisha Edwards tried to strip him of the title.
Santana retained, and now he heads into the next chapter of his reign. What he has to say tonight could set the direction for his title run for weeks to come.
Part three of the Undead Realm series airs tonight, with Rosemary trying to resurrect Allie. Victoria Crawford, Tessa Blanchard, Mara Sade, James Mitchell, and Mila Moore have all been part of the series so far.
At Rebellion, the segment reached an emotional peak as Father James Mitchell reconciled with Abyss in a powerful moment. The arc continues tonight with Rosemary’s mission front and centre. The Undead Realm has been one of TNA’s most unique ongoing stories, and Part 3 should push it toward its next major turn.
