The March 20, 2025 episode of TNA Impact is the fallout show from the 2025 Sacrifice event. The 16th edition of TNA Wrestling‘s Sacrifice event took place on March 14, 2025, at the El Paso County Coliseum in El Paso, Texas, USA.
The fallout show will feature a tag team clash where TNA World Champion Joe Hendry will team up with Elijah to battle The System (Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers). TNA Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich will kick off this week’s show while Mance Warner will be in action.
Nic & Ryan Nemeth are set to address Sacrifice where they brutally attacked Matt Hardy while fending off anyone who tried to jump in the cage and aid Matt.
TNA held a taping for upcoming episodes of Impact on Saturday, following the Sacrifice event. Here, we will preview the March 20 episode, including timings and spoilers, along with the full spoilers from the taping.

TNA Impact spoilers from March 15 tapings
- Steve Maclin defeated Joe Alonzo
- Dani Luna defeated Maggie Lee
- TNA Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich cut a promo discussing her win against Cora Jade. Slamovich said that she wanted to prove that she was the best. Tessa Blanchard came out and interrupted. Slamovich was then attacked by Jacy Jayne. Santino Marella booked a title match between Slamovich and Jayne for next week.
- The Rascalz (Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz) defeated The Northern Armory (Travis Williams and Judas Icarus)
- AJ Francis and KC Navarro hosted First Class Penthouse. Chavo Guerrero Jr. then came out. Frankie Kazarian interrupted and confronted Chavo. Chavo issued a lucha libre-style match challenge for next week.
- Mike Santana defeated Mustafa Ali via count-out when Ali walked to the back.
- TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions Heather and Ash by Elegance were interrupted by NXT’s Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson interrupted. Spitfire (Dani Luna and Jody Threat) came out and said they wanted their rematch. NXT’s Gigi Dolin and Tatum Paxley appeared and wanted a title shot. The teams brawled and Santino Marella announced that Heather and Ash would defend their titles next week against Dolin and Paxley.
- Ryan Nemeth cut a promo about Nic Nemeth turning on Matt Hardy. Nic Nemeth came out and claimed that TNA is back because of him. He accused Hardy of taking spots in TNA. He called himself and his brother the greatest brother tag team in history. Leon Slater cam out and interrupted. They brawled and Nemeth left Slater laid out.

- TNA World Champion Joe Hendry and Elijah defeated The System (Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers)
- TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champions Heather and Ash by Elegance defeated NXT’s Gigi Dolin and Tatum Paxley
- Chavo Guerrero Jr. & Aztec Warriors (Laredo Kid and Octagon Jr.) defeated First Class (AJ Francis & KC Navarro) & Frankie Kazarian
- TNA Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich defeated Jacy Jayne
- The System (Eddie Edwards, Moose, Brian Myers, The Colons, Alisha Edwards) cut a promo. They said that Moose needed to face his fears and defend the TNA X-Division Title in the return of The Ultimate X next week.
- Eric Young defeated Ace Austin
- Nic Nemeth (with Ryan Nemeth in his corner) defeated Leon Slater
- Hardys beat the Colons in an El Paso Street Fight
