Broadcast from the promotion’s ongoing television tapings, Thursday night’s episode continues several escalating rivalries while pushing the road toward TNA’s next major event.
With championship matches, faction warfare and multiple major promos scheduled, the fallout from last week’s explosive moments will shape much of the night.
Last week’s Impact featured several notable developments that reshaped the landscape. The Nemeth brothers, Nic Nemeth and Ryan Nemeth, defeated Mike Santana and Leon Slater after interference from Eric Young helped Nic secure the pin.
Elsewhere in the Knockouts division, Dani Luna scored an impressive victory over Lei Ying Lee, continuing her winning momentum in the new TNA era.
The night also delivered a heated confrontation between Mickie James and Ash by Elegance that ended in chaos, as The Elegance Brand ambushed James and left her laid out on the stage.
Another shocking moment saw Steve Maclin attack commentator Tom Hannifan during a tense in-ring interview while trying to justify his recent actions against Santana.
This week’s episode looks to build directly on that drama with two championship matches headlining the card.
