She is set to become the second athlete to take part in 10 Olympic Games

Georgia’s pistol shooter Nino Salukvadze stole the spotlight once again and this time, it was on the stage of the European Games 2023. She did so by qualifying for her 10th straight Olympic Games in the multi-sport event which was providing quota for the Olympics. Since Greece, Bulgaria, and Germany had previously secured a quota for the Summer Olympics, the 54-year-old Nino managed to earn the spot with a fourth-place finish. This is an incredible achievement as she would make her 10th appearance at the Olympics and equal the record of Ian Miller for most appearances in the history of the global event.
