Manu Bhaker, Aman Sehrawat to appear on Kaun Banega Crorepati Olympian special episode

Manu Bhaker and Aman Sehrawat will join as part of the Olympians special.

The Paris Olympics 2024 triumphs has brought Manu Bhaker and Aman Sehrawat into the sets of the 16th season of Kaun Banega Crorepati. Women’s shooter, Bhaker and men’s wrestler  Sehrawat will talk about their ‘Jeet Ka Jashn’ with the legendary actor and host of KBC, Amitabh Bachchan.

The fans will be treated to the intellectual humour and witty jokes of Amitabh Bachchan. Bhaker and Sehrawat will also entertain the fans with their knowledge of cinema. The Olympians special episode will also go deep into the training of athletes and their experience during Paris Olympics 2024.

Bhaker had become the first woman shooter to win an Olympic medal and also the first Indian since Independence to win multiple Olympic medals in a single edition. Sehrawat wrestled his way to become India’s youngest individual Olympic medallist at the age of 21.

Both athletes will be involved in fun filled activities with Amitabh Bachchan on the sets of Kaun Banega Crorepati. Their general awareness will also be tested during the show as the fans will be curious to know more about the athletes and their personal lives.

Sehrawat had earlier met with his favourite character ‘Jethalal’ from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Jethalal played by Dileep Joshi gifted the wrestler with Jalebi Fafda. The fans will now be excited to see Sehrawat and Bhaker with Bachchan on Kaun Banega Crorepati.

Few promos have already been released on social media involving the friendly banter between Bhaker, Sehrawat and Amitabh Bachchan. In one of the promos, the double bronze medallist from Paris mentioned remembering the dialogues from the 2000 release, Mohabbatein.

She politely asked the senior actor whether she could enact it and he gave a hilarious response by saying if it’s a good thing then you can go ahead.

Bhaker with a smile immediately changed her expressions and said, Parampara, Pratishtha aur Anushasan, humare iss gurukul ke teen stambh hai. In teeno ke adhaar par hum tumhare aane wala kal bata sakte hai.’ Bachchan nodded his head in admiration as the audience cheered for the athlete.

Indian fans can catch the Olympic stars in KBC with Amitabh Bachchan on September 5. The episode will be live telecasted on Sony TV and will be live streamed on Sony Liv at 9 pm (IST).
