India won two medals in Rapid Fire Pistol Mixed Team event on Day eight of the tournament. India’s teenage pairing of Vijayveer Sidhu and Tejaswini won the gold medal after defeating compatriots Gurpreet Singh and Abhidnya Ashok Patil 9-1 in the final at the Dr Karni Singh Shooting range in Delhi. On the other hand, the Indian duo of Kynan Chenai and Shreyasi Singh missed out on a bronze medal in the Trap Mixed Team event. They lost against the Turkish pair of Yavuz Ilnam and Safiye Sariturk.

The ISSF WORLD CUP 2021 is taking place at the Dr Karni Singh Shooting Range in New Delhi. Athletes from around the world have gathered in the national capital to pit their wits against each other. Further, a number of ranking points for the Tokyo Olympics are also up for grabs, meaning that the competition in the ISSF WORLD CUP will be even more fierce.
Day 9 will see some of the best competitors in action with a series of finals lined up in different events. The schedule of the various finals is as follows:
