Rumours of a romance between Vinícius and Virginia Fonseca began to circulate only a few weeks ago. She even flew to Madrid to support him at Santiago Bernabéu during the LaLiga match versus Villarreal. She is a Brazilian influencer and broadcaster with a large following on social media.

After their relationship ended, Vinícius Júnior openly apologised to influencer Virgínia Fonseca. In a thorough Instagram post, the Real Madrid player accomplished just that. Vinicius Jr regretted his actions and acknowledged that he had “let down someone admirable.”

“Virgínia is an incredible woman, an admirable mother, and someone for whom I have immense respect and affection. Even though we were not officially together, there was a genuine connection. I want to offer a public apology, with an open heart, because I have understood that a real relationship can only exist through respect, trust, and transparency.

“The idea now is to reset everything. No lies, no arguments, no pretenses. With lots of love, affection, and respect,” Los Blancos star player wrote.

Vinicius Jr., who is presently serving the Seleção in Seoul, is sending this letter in an attempt to repair his reputation following a difficult period in both his personal and professional life.

Virginia, in the meantime, acknowledged that she is no longer seeing the football player. Despite her supporters’ immediate response, the influencer has remained silent following the public apologies.

Meanwhile, another Brazilian influencer, Anna Silva, has accused the Madrid forward of sending photos of his private parts. In a statement, she said:

“Vinicius doesn’t think about anything but sex. He was sending me photos of his private parts. I don’t like people who constantly talk about dirty things.

“He can’t hold a conversation, he only talks about sex. He kept sending me nudes. He just wanted sex, nothing else.”
