Elsewhere, the duo of Saketh Myneni and Yuki Bhambri continue their great run of form.

Indians continued their great progress with Rohan Bopanna winning his third ATP title of the season. And the duo of Saketh-Yuki reached the semi-finals of the ATP Seoul 250, getting closer to their sixth title of the season.

Without beating around the bush, let's see what all happened in the Indian tennis fraternity this week:

YukiSaki continue their search for sixth ATP title

Yuki Bhambri and Saketh Myneni finished the ATP Seoul 250 as the semi-finalist playing together as a pair for the first in an ATP tour. The pair is fondly known on social media as YukiSaki since they started winning many Challenger titles this season. Together the pair has won five Challenger titles this season with Saketh Myneni winning one extra along with Ramkumar Ramanathan.

Yuki Bhambri was previously a specialist singles player but due to constant injuries started concentrating on doubles to get the required match time. Yuki started the year at ATP 180 in doubles but is now set to break into the top 100.

At the ATP Seoul Open, the pair won the first round beating an experienced pair of Artem Sitak/ Eysseric. Sitak off late has not been in good form with the Indian pair taking advantage and winning the match in three sets.

In the round of 16, the Indian seed took on the number 3 seed of Hidalgo/Rodriguez who have won a few Challengers recently. Thye match was a one-sided affair won in straight sets. In the semi-finals facing Klaasen/Lamons, the Indian pair showed inconsistency since it was their first semi-final on a major ATP tour.

Yuki Bhambri is now currently ranked 102 and Saketh Myneni breaking the top 90 in the doubles.

ATP Tel Aviv WaterGen 250 Open

Rohan Bopanna and Matwe Middelkoop won their first ATP tour after pairing this season beating 3rd seed Gonzalez/Molteni pair in straight sets (6-2,6-4). The Indo-Dutch pair got off to a great start breaking the serves twice and taking initial control of the first set.

Rohan Bopanna and Matwe Middelkoop were the top seeds at the Tel Aviv Aopen in Israel. The Indo-Dutch pair lost the opening round in the round of 16, quarter-finals and semi-finals but came back stronger withholding composure and experience reaching the finals.

This is Bopanna's third ATP title this season. He won two titles initially pairing up with Ramkumar Ramanathan at the ATP Adelaide and Maharashtra Open.

Jeevan Neduchezhiyan and Rungkat finished semi-finalists at the ATP 80 Lisbon Challenger. the previous week the pair finished finalist at the ATP 80 Braga Challenger. From the next week, Jeevan will partner along with his usual and preferred partner Sriram Balaji.
