The World Tennis Continental Cup 2025 marks the debut of a new mixed-team exhibition event, designed to bring elite tennis to Asia’s Greater Bay Area. Inspired by the Laver Cup, it blends men’s and women’s stars in a fast-paced, team-based format.

Set to be held from December 26–28, 2025, at the Shenzhen Universiade Center Stadium in China, the WTCC pits Team Europe against Team World across three days, promising high-profile matchups, entertainment-driven tennis, and a fresh global showcase for the sport.

The formidable lineup includes two of the best WTA players in the form of Iga Swiatek and Elena Rybakina, alongside local hero, and coming on the back of a long injury, is Qinwen Zheng.

Shanghai Masters winner Valentin Vacherot joins team World, alongside Andrey Rublev. Team Europe will see Swiatek lead the panel, with France’s Aruthur Fils and Swiss’ Belinda Bencic to complete the list.
