Naomi Osaka made her return to tennis earlier this year with the Brisbane International.

Japanese tennis star Naomi Osaka has partnered with Nike to release a new clothing collection ahead of the 2024 French Open.

Naomi Osaka has been a Nike athlete for a long time. Interestingly, the sportswear brand recently decided to release a new collection of clothing for the Japanese tennis star ahead of the second Grand Slam of 2022.

The official Instagram account of Nike uploaded a few snaps of the four-time Grand Slam winner, where she can be seen wearing the new collection.

The caption of the post read, “Athlete. Mother. Creator. Naomi is in command of it all. Designed for all those who make every moment their moment, the latest collection from @naomiosaka marks a new chapter in her creative journey.”

It further read, “The collection puts a refined spin on sportswear staples and singular outerwear pieces, with branded trims and discoverable details that tastefully bridge the gap between sport, luxury, and functionality.”

The majority of the collection is white or off-white, as Naomi Osaka can be seen wearing a tank top with a skirt, finishing off with a sweater. However, the Japanese tennis star also wore a black t-shirt and shorts.

Naomi Osaka made her return to tennis earlier this season at the Brisbane International, where she took down the likes of Tamara Korpatsch in the first round. However, the four-time Grand Slam champion has failed to record consistent victories on the WTA tour.

At the Australian Open, he lost against Carolina Garcia in the first round. However, she managed to reach the third round of Indian Wells and the Maimi Open, but she lacked her old form. Last month at the Madrid Open, she defeated Greet Minnen to record her first victory on clay after more than 600 days.

Thus, the 26-year-old is currently ranked 134, and she would be looking forward to performing better at the 2024 French Open, which will help her rise in the ranks.
