WTA Chennai Open 2022 Day 5: Updated Schedule, Results

The fifth day will see Round of 16 fixtures in the doubles event.
The Chennai Open, known as the prestigious women’s tennis tournament, commenced on Monday. Indian stars Karman Thandi and Ankita Raina were the ones to look at in the singles category. While Thandi won her Round of 32 matches against Chloe Paquet 4-6, 6-4, 6-3, Ankita Raina lost her battle against Tatjana Maria 0-6, 1-6. The third day of the Chennai Open will see many Indian players taking the field, especially in the doubles category.
The doubles event will see Ankita Raina pair up with Rosalie Van Der Hoek of the Netherlands. The Indian-Dutch pair will be up against the Russian pair of Anastasia Gasanova and Oksana Selekhmeteva. Let’s take a look at today’s schedule:
