7:00 pm Pooja dominated the contest from the very beginning as she beat South Korea's Seoyeon Jeong 5-2 to win Bronze in the 76 kg category.

5:20 pm The Asian Wrestling Championship 2021 has been disappointing for the Indian wrestlers so far as no one has able to win a medal for the country yet. However, a total of six wrestlers have qualified for the Tokyo Olympics so far. Read here

Seema will compete for the bronze medal in the 50kg weight category. In the 59kg weight category, Sarita Mor will be taking on Mongolia's Shoovdor Baatarjav for the gold medal. Pooja will face Seoyeon Jeong of South Korea for the bronze medal in the 76kg weight category.
