The superstar took to Instagram to pay a special tribute to former Indian cricket team captain and his gesture during an IPL 2023 match.

John Cena is one of the biggest pro-wrestler and is now a Hollywood star. DC’s Peacemaker is always in the headlines. Everyone loves cricket in India. Also, if everyone loves cricket then they do definitely love MS Dhoni as well. John Cena is no less. Looks like MS Dhoni’s craze is not just in India but around the globe.

The Global Star went on his Instagram to post a photo of MSD doing the “U Can’t See me” gesture while making a DRS call. Twitter user @ImTanujSingh posted a tweet where it could be seen that Cena posted a post on his Instagram wall.

The event occurred during CSK’s game versus Lucknow Super Giants when umpire Anil Choudhary refused Maheesh Theekshana’s appeal. Dhoni intended to communicate that he couldn’t see the play clearly from behind the stumps, so he mimicked the ‘You can’t see me’ sign. The image rapidly went popular on social media, prompting individuals to come up with their own hypotheses.John Cena just created a whole new buzz by just posting MSD’s post on his wall. Cena is known for sporadically uploading photographs of famous people on social media, so his followers were taken aback when they saw the image of the legendary Indian cricketer. In the meantime, Dhoni’s Super Kings have been doing well in the IPL 2023 season, winning five of their first ten games and now holding the third spot in the standings. Due to rain at the game’s location, Chennai and Lucknow Super Giants shared a point in their most recent encounter. The team is however still excited about making the playoffs.

MS Dhoni and Mumbai Indians to face each other-off

Chennai will attempt to maintain their strong form and earn a playoff position with 11 points and a net run rate of 0.329. The squad had lost their previous two matches to the one against LSG and would be looking to rebound with a win in their next games.

MS Dhoni and his squad will meet their arch-rivals, the Mumbai Indians, in IPL 2023 match 49 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on May 6. CSK has won three of their past five head-to-head matchups, while Mumbai Indians have won two. Furthermore, Chennai won convincingly in their first meeting on April 8 in Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium. The two heavyweight teams will be desperate to win this match and climb the points table to finish in the top four of the competition.
