WWE SmackDown (July 14, 2023): Matches, news, rumors, predicted matches, timings, telecast details

After a dramatic episode of WWE SmackDown last week at the Madison Square Garden, the July 14th episode of SmackDown will be aired live from PNC Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States. Here is a brief preview of this week's episode of Friday Night SmackDown, timings, telecast details and the prediction for the show.
Match Cards & Predictions
WWE Women’s Championship Match: Asuka vs Bianca Belair
After losing the Raw Women's Championship to Asuka at the Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia, Belair never had her rematch and was sidelined by the returning Charlotte Flair. Flair took Belair's spot by bypassing the line by challenging Asuka straight while crowning the new WWE Women's Championship. Flair failed to win the championship at Money in the Bank as Belair attacked Asuka during the match which resulted in a disqualification and ended in a brawl.
The Brawl continued the following week on SmackDown between the three and added Bayley and IYO to it who came to cash in the contract on Asuka. This week on SmackDown Belair is said to go one on one with Asuka for the WWE Women's Championship in a rematch, for which she had waited for so long. As per speculations, this match will also end in a disqualification by the interference of Charlotte Flair building to a triple threat match at the SummerSlam.
Six Man Tag Team Match: Brawling Brutes vs Austin Theory & Pretty Deadly
Last week on SmackDown, Sheamus and Austin Theory had a one on one match for the United States Championship, where the Pretty Deadly cost Sheamus' the opportunity of winning the title by distraction, where Theory used it to retain the championship. The post match ended in a turmoil where Butch and Holland came as the equalizer and for the aid of Sheamus. This week they might have a 6-man tag team match at the SmackDown, where Brutes are the favorites to win the match. It could result in continuing the feud of Theory and Sheamus till SummerSlam.
Scarlett Bordeaux vs Michin
AJ Styles and Karrion Kross have been in the feud since May and they have roller coaster matches every week, with 1 victory each individually. Michin was inserted into the feud to neutralize the threat of Scarlett Bordeaux. They have also wrestled in a mixed tag team match a few weeks before. Last Week on SmackDown, Michin came to support Styles and attacked Bordeaux, when she tried to distract Styles by grabbing his leg. Despite the distraction, AJ Styles defeated Kross for the win resulting in continuing the feud. This week Scarlett Bordeaux is speculated to go one on one for the first time in WWE with Mi-Chin by Kross and Styles in their corner. Scarlett is expected to win the match by pinning Mi-Chin as it could make sense for the future feud.
Jey Uso vs Solo Sikoa
It's been an emotional-action packed year for The Bloodline and is building up to a peak storyline. Last week on SmackDown, The Tribal Court heard the trial of the Tribal Chief, which resulted in Jimmy Uso being injured and being sent to medical aid. Jey Uso lost his mind after his twin's injury and attacked Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa with the steel chair at the main event.
Jey Uso acted as the executioner and challenged Reigns for a one on one match at SummerSlam. This week Jey Uso might have a one on one match against his younger brother Sikoa which could probably end in a brutal finish.
