Dolph Ziggler is one of the most talented in-ring talents with a 19-year wrestling career in WWE. Ziggler had a total of 1554 televised matches in WWE, which is the 3rd most in WWE history. Throughout his WWE career, Ziggler has been involved in creating some of the iconic moments. Here are the top 10 moments of Dolph Ziggler in WWE.

10. NXT Champion

In 2022, Dolph Ziggler made a surprise appearance on NXT, by interfering with NXT Champion Bron Breaker while he was in feud with Tommaso Ciampa. Which led to a Triple Threat match for the NXT Championship at Roadblock. Dolph Ziggler defeated Ciampa and Bron Breakker with the help of Robert Roode and won the NXT Championship for the first time.

9. Returning with Drew McIntyre

In 2017, Dolph Ziggler was extremely frustrated, which led him to vacate his United States Championship stating that fans don't deserve him. After a long pursuit to prove himself as the best, Ziggler was drafted to Raw, where he came with returning Drew McIntyre and established themselves as a great heel. He challenged Rollins for the Intercontinental Championship and won with the help of Drew McIntyre. 

After losing the title back to Rollins, Ziggler and McIntyre changed their focus on the Tag Team division to win the Raw Tag Team Championship.

8. First United States Championship

In 2011, Ziggler challenged Kofi Kingston for the United States Championship at Capital Punishment, after defeating Kofi in a non-title match. During the match, Ziggler made Kofi Kingston unconscious with the Sleeper hold to win the United States Championship for the first time.

7. Frustrated Ziggler

In August 2017, Ziggler underwent a gimmick change and started mocking all WWE Superstars including John Cena, Naomi, Shawn Michaels and Randy Savage stating that the fans only celebrate elaborate entrances and not the in-ring performances. He claimed himself as the best and the fans don't deserve him. Which led him to win the United States Championship, which he forfeited by leaving the title in the middle of the ring.

6. Romantic Storyline with Vickie Guerrero

In 2010, Ziggler was in a storyline romantic relationship with SmackDown General Manager Vickie Guerrero. Where Dolph was always around the championship gold. Ziggler won the Intercontinental Champion from Kofi Kingston and lost his championship after 160 days. However he gained a World Heavyweight Championship opportunity the same night by defeating Cody Rhodes, Drew McIntyre and Big Show in a Fatal 4-Way Match.

Where Ziggler failed to capture the title resulting in Vickie banning Edge’s finisher Spear and if he uses Spear, the title will be awarded to Ziggler. Ziggler lost the match, but Edge used the spear when the referee was distracted. However, Guerrero awarded Ziggler the World Heavyweight Championship, which he lost to Edge the same night after Teddy Long became the SmackDown General Manager.

5. Dirty Dawgs

In 2019, Dolph Ziggler joined hands with Robert Roode and formed a Tag Team named Dirty Dawgs and won the Raw Tag Team Championship straight away from Seth Rollins and Braun Strowman.

In 2020, Dirty Dawgs were drafted to SmackDown, where they won the SmackDown Tag Team Championship from Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins.

In 2022, Dolph Ziggler appeared on the NXT and won the NXT Championship from Brom Breakker.

4. The Lone Survivor

In 2012, Team Ziggler faced Team Mick Foley in a 5 on 5 Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match. Team Ziggler consists of Dolph Ziggler, Alberto Del Rio, Damien Sandow, David Otunga,and Wade Barrett and Team Foley consists of Daniel Bryan, Kane, Kofi Kingston, The Miz and Randy Orton. Where Team Ziggler won the match and Ziggler became the sole survivor.

3. Mr.Money in the Bank

In 2012, Dolph Zigger participated in the Money in the Bank Ladder match with Christian, Cody Rhodes, Damien Sandow, Santino Marella, Sincara, Tensai and Tyson Kidd. Where Dolph Ziggler unhooked the briefcase by climbing the ladder to become Mr. Money in the Bank.

2. Took Authority out of Control

In 2014, Team Cena faced Team Authority in a 5 on 5 traditional Survivor Series Elimination Tag Team Match. Where if Team Authority loses they will be out of power, on the other hand if Team Cena loses everyone except Cena will be fired.

Team Cena consists of John Cena, Dolph Ziggler, Erick Rowan, Big Show and Ryback. Team Authority consists of Seth Rollins, Kane, Luke Harper, Mark Henry and Rusev. Where Team Cena won the match, and Ziggler became the sole survivor and became the second wrestler to survive on a 3 on 1 situation.

1. The Cash-in

After winning the 2012 Money in the Bank, Dolph Ziggler held the briefcase for so long and teased of cashing it on multiple occasions. He had a feud with Alberto Del Rio and lost the match on different occasions. On Raw after WrestleMania 29, Ziggler cashed-in his Money in the Bank Contract on injured Alberto Del Rio and won the World Heavyweight Championship for the second time.
