The September 4, 2023 episode of WWE Monday Night Raw will be aired live from FedExForum in Memphis, Tennessee, United States. It is the fallout episode of Payback and carries a huge expectation on the show. Here is a preview of this week's episode of Monday Night Raw.

Jey Uso returns to Raw

Jey Uso made his return at Payback and was introduced as the newest member of the Raw roster. On the exclusive backstage segment, Jey said that the Main Event Jey Uso will be on Mondays. He is expected to join hands with Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn and pick up a feud with the Judgement Day.

Drew McIntyre & Matt Riddle vs The Viking Raiders

Drew McIntyre & Matt Riddle, The New Day, and The Viking Raiders are in a triangular feud. Last week on Raw, The Viking Raiders had a match with New Day, where Eric and Ivar kept messing with McIntyre and Riddle. During the match, Eric took Kofi and ran through Riddle and McIntyre. Drew threw the chair to hit Eric and Ivar but accidentally hit Xavier Woods. On the backstage segment the match was confirmed and they will be on a tag team match this week. As per speculations, McIntyre and Riddle will win the match and would be attacked by Viking Riders after the match.

The Judgment Day Championship Celebration

The Judgment Day might kick-off this week's episode of Raw with gold on their waists. They would come here for a celebration, but would be interrupted by Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn to ask for a rematch. This might result in a rematch at Fastlane.

Intercontinental Championship Match

Gunther will be defending his Intercontinental Championship against Chad Gable of the Alpha Academy. Gunther is so strong and powerful amongst the two, but Gable's win against Gunther could boost his confidence. The match is expected to be the highlight of the evening and might be a tough fight with near-fall victory. As per speculations, Gunther is expected to win the match and retain his championship.
