Kairi Sane set for WWE return soon: Reports

Kairi Sane is one of the most talented highflyers from Japan, who wrestled for WWE from 2016 to 2021. Kairi achieved great success in WWE, where she was the former NXT Women’s Champion and WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion.

Kairi Sane suffered a Kayfabe injury after Bayley's devastating attack backstage to take her away from television. As she announced her departure from WWE in 2020 to be with her husband in Japan. However, Sane became WWE's Ambassador and trainer for Japan's branch and left the position in December 2021.

Sane then had a great run with WWRS and NJPW and delivered some of the greatest five-star pro-wrestling matches in the industry. In March 2023, She officially declared that she had become a free agent.

Kairi Sane returns to WWE

In August 2023, it was announced that Kairi Sane was on hiatus until her time in Japan was finished. It was also reported that Sane had come to terms with WWE and would return to the company. At this stage, WWE Insider BWE *Boozer Rasslin" reported that Kairi Sane will be "showing up soon" in WWE.

It is also reported that Sane could be returning to WWE sooner than expected.

Ringside News also reported from WWE sources that Kairi's return plans are already in discussions. It would be great to see how Sane's return would impact the Women's roster. Could we be able to see The Pirate Princes joining Asuka and having The Kabuki Warriors 2.0? Or form the Japanese World Order (JWO) with Asuka & IYO SKY? We need to wait for a brief period until the Pirate Princess sails across oceans to WWE.
