The October 24, 2023 episode of WWE NXT begins the Week 1 of Halloween Havoc special. This is the fifth annual NXT Halloween Havoc, which will be aired live from Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando, Florida. WWE has confirmed some of the big matches featuring some of the toughest female wrestlers. Here is a detailed preview, prediction, timings and telecast details of the 2023 NXT Halloween Week 1.

WWE NXT Halloween Havoc- Week 1 (October 24, 2023): Match card and Predictions

Devil’s Playground Match- Roxanne Perez vs Kiana James

The bitter enemies, Roxanne Perez and Kiana James, will unleash the devil inside them in the Devil’s Playground match at Week 1 of Halloween Havoc. This is a Horror themed Street Fight, where anything this legal and the ring will be surrounded by dark weapons and themes. Perez picked up the match stipulation by spinning the giant wheel and the match was booked.

As per speculations, Roxanne Perez is likely to win the match as the former NXT Champion seems tough enough when it comes to in-ring abilities.

Lexis King NXT debut

The son of legendary wrestler Brian Pillman, under the ring name Lexis King will be making his NXT debut at Halloween Havoc. King’s debut has been teased for weeks with the hype of making a great impact in NXT. As WWE has not confirmed whether he will be wrestling or will have a microphone session, we need to wait until he debuts.

Lights Out Match- Gigi Dolin vs Blair Davenport

The ongoing feud between Gigi Dolin & Blair Davenport has been carried out for months and they still haven't found an end for this. They might come to an epic conclusion this week at NXT Halloween Havoc as they go one-on-one in a Lights Out Match. As the match is held with anything goes No Disqualification stipulation, can expect a brutal assault between the two.

As per speculation, Gigi Dolin could win the match, as she has advantage with the weapons. However this could be a treat to watch and might find the possible end to the feud.

NXT Women’s Championship- Becky Lynch (C) vs Lyra Valkyria

“The Man” Becky Lynch will defend her NXT Women’s Championship against fellow Irish Superstar Lyra Valkyria in a singles match. Since Becky Lynch became the NXT Women’s Championship, she has been defending her championship her championship on both NXT and at Raw week after week. Valkyria earned the championship opportunity after a hard fought match. As both are trying to prove how tough they are, this match is expected to be the highlight of the evening with great in-ring abilities.

As per speculations, Becky Lynch’s experience, in-ring abilities and sacrifice for wrestling gives the upperhand. Which could result in successfully retaining the NXT Women’s Championship after a hard fight.
