Rey Mysterio reveals post-WWE retirement plans

The Ultimate Luchador Rey Mysterio has been in the wrestling industry for more than 34 years. Rey Mysterio is a sixteen-time champion and had a Hall of Fame career, to which he was inducted into WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2023. Rey thought of retiring from wrestling on multiple occasions, but he was convinced to continue wrestling. Where he became the current United States Champion and was highly successful. Although he was criticized for stealing the spotlight of young generations. At this stage, Rey was asked about his retirement plans.

Rey Mysterio recently appeared on the Cold as Balls. In which an exclusive video clip of Rey Mysterio was released by ComicBook.com, where Kevin Hart and Mysterio discussed his retirement plans.
Kevin Hart asked Rey Mysterio, “Right now, you're 48 years old. What are you think about for after?”
To which Mysterio replied,
"I think more than anything is to give some time back to my wife. She has put her career on the line and her time to raise two kids to support me, to let me pursue my dream to wrestle. My lifetime, I just want to be able to enjoy and share it with her." [h/t Comic Book]
Rey Mysterio is considered as one of the greatest babyfaces of the company and a successful wrestler in the business. He is a one-time WWE Champion, two-time World Heavyweight Champion, three-time Cruiserweight Champion, two-times Intercontinental Champion, four-times Intercontinental Champion, one-time SmackDown Tag Team Champion and three-times United States Champion. He is also a 21st Triple Crown and 21st Grand Slam Champion. With a great contribution to the wrestling industry, Rey deserves a grand send-off.
