Tyson Fury is one of the greatest boxers of the current generation, who has a monumental career in Boxing with an undefeated streak. He is no stranger to WWE, as he already had a pro-wrestling match against Braun Strowman at Crown Jewel 2019. He also teamed up with Braun Strowman and defeated the B-Team the same year.

After almost three years, Fury appeared at Clash at the Castle in October 2022 and knocked Austin Theory, who came to cash-in his money in the bank. After the match, he came to the ring and raised the hands of Roman Reigns. It was rumored that Tyson Fury will be returning to WWE anytime soon. However The Gypsy King responded to the return rumors.

Tyson Fury shuts WWE return rumors

The Gypsy King recently appeared on ESPN for an interview, where Tyson Fury responded to WWE return rumors and how he felt working with WWE. Fury said that it is too hard for him to be in WWE and he feels Boxing is much easier than that. However he believes there are a lot of opportunities for him in WWE.

“WWE’s too hard for me. Boxing is much easier than WWE. It’s very physical and taxing on the body. WWE, getting slammed on the floor and all that sort of stuff. I’d rather move around the ring and dodge punches.”

“I’ve been doing this for 15 years, which is a long time. I know it won’t last forever. And it’s true, I’ve had a few good stints in WWE. There is still a lot of opportunities there.”

Fury continued that  he is not new to being injured as he already had fixed both his elbows in 2021. Fury says,

“I’m going to be prone to injuries, you know, elbows, knees, shoulders, ankles, everything that can go wrong on somebody usually at our age now that goes wrong.”

Fury feels that boxing is more entertaining when he is in it, and worries about the future of boxing after he leaves.

“Boxing is definitely more entertaining when I’m in it,” Fury added. “I’ll say boxing will be f—ed when I’m gone.”

Do you think Tyson Fury will show up at Crown Jewel 2023 in Saudi Arabia, as he is about to have a boxing match there against UFC Heavyweight Champion Francis Ngannou on October 28, 2023, one week before WWE Crown Jewel.
