Shinsuke Nakamura has been teased with a taped video package for a potential feud since he failed to capture the World Heavyweight Championship. This week he will finally be back in action against Akira Tozawa in a one-on-one match.
As per speculations, Shinsuke Nakamura will win the match and will set the hype for a potential feud for his next opponent.
Fatal 4-Way #1 Contender’s match for Intercontinental Championship
The Miz, Bronson Reed, Ivar, and Ricochet will square off in the ring to potentially earn a spot for the Intercontinental Championship match against Gunther. Reed & Ricochet already had a shot for the I.C. title and failed, Ivar is getting his singles push which will be his first singles championship #1 Contender’s match, and Miz is nearing the championship after a long time.
As per speculations, Miz could win the match and become the #1 Contender to face Gunther for the I.C. title. This could initiate his run as a face and join hands with DIY as per reports.
Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre to re-initiate the feud
Drew McIntyre failed to win the World Heavyweight Championship at WWE Crown Jewel. After the match, he was seen frustrated backstage, which likely could restart the feud between the two. McIntyre could turn heel and align himself with The Judgment Day and would sow the seeds for a potential War Games match.
Rhea Ripley’s next feud
Rhea Ripley outplayed the numbers and won four other opponents at WWE Crown Jewel. After winning all the opponents she faced, she would be confronted by a new opponent this week. As per speculations, Becky Lynch or Jade Cargill will step up to her and challenge for a match at Survivor Series 2023.
