Cody Rhodes to be cover star of WWE 2K24

Rhodes has also announced entry in Royal Rumble 2024.

Cody Rhodes, after his triumphant return to WWE at WrestleMania 39 Day 1 in 2022, is currently enjoying a successful second stint with the company. He has reinvented himself as a leading star and has proven to be a valuable asset for WWE. Known as “The American Nightmare”, he is the company’s top babyface, delivering some of the most memorable matches and engaging segments, contributing significantly to the company’s box office success.

Following his impressive performance since his return, Rhodes is now reportedly set to be the face of a significant WWE collaboration.

Since 2016, WWE has partnered with 2K to develop WWE video games across multiple platforms and distribution channels. Each year, they release a new game adorned with the 2K badge and featuring a major star on the cover. Recently, BWE reported that Cody Rhodes will grace the cover of the upcoming 2K24 edition.

The Wrestle Plug posted on X with a picture of Cody Rhodes saying,

“BREAKING NEWS: Cody Rhodes is the WWE 2K24 cover athlete! Per BWE!”

Unfortunately, the 2K24 is not certain until Royal Rumble 2024 but is expected to be available on the road to WrestleMania next spring.

Cody Rhodes has been the fan favorite ever since his return and has once again taken center stage. He has been a man in demand and is a great contributor to the ticket and merchandise sales. Now his 2K24 is expected to earn a marginal pre-booking after release.

Rhodes is now on a mission to end his quest to become the world champion and has announced that he will participate in the Royal Rumble 2024. He is one of the fan-favorites to win the Rumble and there are various rumors that he might achieve his dream by this year.
