Brock Lesnar signed a one-year contract in WWE after WrestleMania 39 and was reported that he is booked to have only five matches under his current contract.

Since WrestleMania 39, Lesnar has fought three matches against Cody Rhodes. The first match was at Backlash in Puerto Rico, where Lesnar lost to Cody Rhodes. The second match was at Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia, where he won. The third match was at SummerSlam in Detroit, where Cody won to end the feud.

After that, Lesnar went on a long hiatus and never appeared for the rest of 2023. It was reported that Lesnar will make his return on the road to WrestleMania 40 and especially at Royal Rumble. However a recent report suggests that Lesnar’s return status could be changed.

Although Lesnar’s name is not directly associated, The Wall Street Journal’s report on the lawsuit identified that the athlete is Brock Lesnar.
