Some of the biggest names in the industry have won the Elimination Chamber match
Over the years, WWE has introduced several brutal match types to the wrestling world. Stipulations like Hell in a Cell and Tables, Ladders, and Chairs (TLC) have gained immense popularity, allowing superstars to showcase their vicious side without consequences.
The Elimination Chamber match stands as one of WWE’s most punishing contests. The structure’s unforgiving nature inflicts severe damage on its participants, ensuring that no competitor exits the cage the same as they entered.
Interestingly, several current AEW stars have endured the brutality of the Elimination Chamber in the past. A few of them have even emerged victorious, with some claiming multiple wins in this treacherous environment.
While Mercedes Mone and Johnny TV have also secured victories in the Elimination Chamber, their wins came in tag team variations of the match rather than the traditional singles format.
4. Cope (FKA Edge)
At WWE No Way Out 2009, Cope (formerly known as Edge) entered the Elimination Chamber to defend his WWE Championship against Triple H, Jeff Hardy, The Undertaker, Big Show, and Vladimir Kozlov. However, his night took an unexpected turn when Jeff Hardy eliminated him within the opening moments of the match.
Desperate to reclaim gold, The Ultimate Opportunist took matters into his own hands. Later that night, John Cena was scheduled to defend the World Heavyweight Championship in another Elimination Chamber match against Rey Mysterio, Chris Jericho, Mike Knox, Kane, and Kofi Kingston. Seizing the moment, Cope ambushed Kingston during his entrance and took his place in the match.
His cunning strategy paid off as he outlasted the competition, ultimately eliminating Rey Mysterio to win the World Heavyweight Championship. Two years later, at Elimination Chamber 2011, Cope once again used his tactical brilliance to retain the same title by defeating Mysterio, Kane, Drew McIntyre, Big Show, and Wade Barrett inside the structure.

3. Bobby Lashley
The Extreme Elimination Chamber match at ECW’s December to Dismember 2006 pay-per-view is often remembered as a disappointment. However, it marked a significant milestone in Bobby Lashley’s career.
The bout featured Lashley, CM Punk, Big Show, Test, Hardcore Holly, and Rob Van Dam, with The World’s Largest Athlete defending his ECW World Championship. Originally, Paul Heyman intended for CM Punk to win, but plans changed, and he was the first eliminated.
Lashley, showcasing his raw power and determination, took control by eliminating Test and Big Show, securing his first major WWE championship victory. While the event itself was forgettable, it was a defining moment for The All Mighty.
2. Chris Jericho
Throughout his storied WWE career, Chris Jericho collected numerous accolades, including a victorious outing inside the Elimination Chamber.
At WWE Elimination Chamber 2010, Y2J stepped into the steel structure with the goal of capturing the World Heavyweight Championship. Facing off against The Undertaker, CM Punk, Rey Mysterio, John Morrison, and R-Truth, Jericho had a tough challenge ahead.
The match boiled down to Jericho and The Undertaker as the final two combatants. Just as The Deadman was preparing to put Jericho away, Shawn Michaels shockingly interfered, delivering a devastating Sweet Chin Music. This distraction allowed Jericho to capitalize, pinning The Phenom and walking away with the World Heavyweight Championship.
1. Bryan Danielson (FKA Daniel Bryan)
Bryan Danielson is renowned for his resilience and ability to overcome adversity. The unforgiving Elimination Chamber has proven to be a challenge for many, but The American Dragon has thrived within its confines.
His first triumph inside the structure came at WWE Elimination Chamber 2012, where he defended the World Heavyweight Championship against The Great Khali, Cody Rhodes, Wade Barrett, Santino Marella, and Big Show. Despite the odds, Danielson emerged victorious, retaining his title.
Seven years later, at Elimination Chamber 2019, Danielson once again entered as champion. Starting the match at number one, he outlasted Randy Orton, AJ Styles, Kofi Kingston, Jeff Hardy and Samoa Joe, successfully defending his WWE Championship.
Danielson’s third victory came at WWE Elimination Chamber 2021. This time, the prize was a shot at the Universal Championship. ‘The American Dragon ‘outlasted Cesaro, Jey Uso, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, and King Corbin to earn the opportunity.
However, his celebration was short-lived, as Roman Reigns immediately cashed in his title defense. Despite being war-torn from the Chamber match, Danielson pushed ‘The Tribal Chief’ to his limits before ultimately succumbing to the Guillotine Hold.
