Alexa Bliss has been absent from WWE Programming since January 2023
Amid WWE comeback rumors, former WWE World Champion Alexa Bliss sparks return speculation with a recent throwback photo she shared on her Instagram.
Bliss has been absent from in-ring action since January 28th, 2023. In her last in-ring appearance at Royal Rumble 2023 PLE, she unsuccessfully challenged the then Women’s Champion Bianca Belair.
Since that loss, Alexa has been absent from in-ring action and the spotlight, taking time off following the birth of her daughter in November 2023.
However, recent speculations and rumors of her return have been rife, as fans hope to see the ‘Goddess of WWE’ back in action. A recent report from WrestleVotes has revealed that Alexa’s return is near, as the WWE Creative team has started factoring her into future plans.
According to the reports, merchandise and promotional items featuring Alexa Bliss are also already in the works. There are rumors that the former champion could make her return as early as during this year’s Women’s Royal Rumble match.
The Goddess of WWE may soon be making her highly-awaited return
Fueling speculation, the former champion recently posted a cryptic message, sparking rumors that her return could be imminent. The post featured a photo from May 2022, marking the moment she made her comeback.
On the May 9, 2022, episode of Monday Night Raw, the Goddess of WWE returned to action after taking some time off following the 2022 Elimination Chamber PLE. Bliss defeated Sonya Deville in her return.
