The June 8 episode of WWE NXT served as the go-home show for the Great American Bash!

This Tuesday’s episode of WWE NXT served as the go-home show for the Great American Bash 2025, which is set for this Saturday. With the premium live event just days away, tensions rose and momentum shifted as rivalries intensified.

In the first match of the show, Ricky Saints defeated Brad Baylor, Ricky Smokes, and Jackson Drake in a gauntlet match, earning himself a shot at the NXT North American Championship and gaining the right to choose an additional stipulation.

Charlie Dempsey defeated Tavion Heights via stoppage as Wren Sinclair threw in the towel. Since Heights lost, he won’t be able to leave the No Quarter Catch Crew. Furthermore, Joe Hendry and Mike Santana defeated The High Ryze (Tyriek Igwe & Tyson Dupont) in a tag team match.

Kelani Jordan defeated Lainey Reid, while NXT Tag Team Champions Hank Walker and Tank Ledger defeated The Culling (Niko Vance and Shawn Spears) to retain the tag titles.

Additionally, General Manager Ava announced the entrants for the Battle Royal at WWE Evolution 2, where the winner will earn a title shot at Clash in Paris. The participants are: Nikki Bella, Stephanie Vaquer, Natalya, Maxxine Dupri, Nia Jax, Ivy Nile, Zelina Vega, Giulia, Lash Legend, Izzi Dame, Tatum Paxley, Kelani Jordan, Lola Vice, and Jaida Parker.

During the go-home show, the promotion also announced a match for next week’s show, which will also feature the aftermatch from the Great American Bash and the all-women’s PLE, Evolution.
