All matches & segments announced for WWE NXT (February 4, 2025)

Bayley will once again appear on WWE NXT

Tonight’s edition of WWE NXT concluded not only with Bianca Belair and Naomi retaining the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship over The Meta Girls (Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson), but also with a mystery SMPTE color bars screen.

The final 10 seconds displayed the typical color bars with writing that read “WWE TRANSMISSION” which was then backspaced and replaced with “VENGEANCE DAY”

What this signifies, other from the fact that it is certainly a tease for something coming on Vengeance Day, is unclear. Most likely, this will be a WWE Superstar’s comeback or debut.

Meanwhile, before Vengeance Day, we have next week’s edition of NXT, which will take place on February 4, 2025, in the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

As a consequence of tonight’s Grayson Waller Effect segment, Oba Femi and Trick Williams will compete in a tag team bout against A-Town Down Under. In that part, Austin Theory and Grayson Waller took a shot at Oba Femi, claiming he lacks the potential to cast a big event star on the main roster.

Williams appeared when Femi challenged any of them to a bout at Vengeance Day, attempting to position himself for the championship chance instead, only to wind up fighting Theory and Waller before being powerbombed by Femi.

Following the revelation that Giulia would fight Bayley and Roxanne Perez in a Triple Threat match for the NXT Women’s Championship on Vengeance Day, the three will appear in a “summit” segment next week. Cora Jade is unhappy with Ava (and probably Roxanne Perez, who blamed her for losing their tag team battle against Bayley and Giulia), and Jade will most likely appear in this segment as well.
