The tournament to determine Roman Reigns’ challenger will kick off on Raw.
Live from the Scope Arena in Norfolk, Virginia, the August 10, 2026 edition of Monday Night Raw will kick off the tournament to determine the number one contender for the World Heavyweight Championship. The tournament features stars from WWE and AAA.
The winner of the tournament will battle Roman Reigns for the World title on the September 14 edition of Raw in Mexico City. Notably, Reigns will not be in attendance on this week’s show, and as per his schedule, he will appear on the August 17 Raw in Buffalo, New York.
The first match of the first round this Monday will feature a clash between Penta and AAA star Laredo Kid, with the winner advancing into the semi-finals.
On the other hand, Seth Rollins, Oba Femi, Liv Morgan, Dominik Mysterio, Sol Ruca & Penta are listed as featured superstars for the show this Monday in Norfolk, VA.
