The two promotions signed a multi-year partnership in January 2025!

WWE and TNA Wrestling announced in January 2025 signed a multi-year partnership, which is aimed at creating unprecedented crossover opportunities within WWE and TNA programming for NXT Superstars and TNA Wrestling Stars.

The working agreement between the two promotions has allowed superstars from both companies to crossover and compete in each other’s programming, including special pay-per-view events.

While the agreement has seen many former WWE stars appear in TNA Wrestling and vice versa, there have been few who have left the ship, bidding farewell to the Nashville-based promotion. Here we will take a look at such stars who left the promotion to join WWE.

TNA Stars who joined WWE in 2025

  • Jordynne Grace

As mentioned earlier, stars from both promotions have made multiple appearances, such as TNA World Champion Joe Hendry making an appearance in the men’s Royal Rumble match and battling Randy Orton at WrestleMania 41.

Hendry is currently in a storyline against Trick Williams and is set to defend the World title against him at the upcoming NXT Batleground on May 25. Apart from him, TNA X-Division Champion Moose, former WWE stars like the Hardy Boyz (Jeff & Matt Hardy), JDC (Fandango), Elijah, among others, have made appearances in NXT.

On the other hand, NXT stars like Ethan Page, Trick Williams, Jakara Jackson, and Fatal Influence (Fallon Henley, Jacy Jayne, and Jazmyn Nyx) are among the stars who have made appearances in the Nashville-based promotion.

However, when it comes to jumping ships only, Jordynne Grace has left TNA to join the Stamford-based promotion in 2025. Grace is a three-time TNA Knockouts World Champion, one-time TNA Digital Media Champion and TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champion.

Grace bid farewell to the promotion in January after battling in her last match against Tessa Blanchard at Genesis 2025; she then made her official debut during the women’s Royal Rumble match.

Grace is currently assigned to the developmental brand NXT and is set to battle Stephanie Vaquer for the NXT Women’s Championship at the upcoming NXT Battleground on May 25, 2025, at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida.
