No, Jey Uso and Rhea Ripley are not in a real-life relationship, however only teasing having an on-screen relationship angle. Jey Uso was happily married to his long-time love Takecia Travis in 2015 and both have two sons Jaciyah & Jeyce together. Jey’s son was seen on WWE tapings backstage on a number of occasions. On the other hand, Rhea Ripley is happily married to the AEW star Buddy Mathews in June 2024.
