Backlash 2024 will be WWE’s first pay-per-view to be hosted in France

Backlash 2024 is the 19th annual Backlash pay-per-view hosted by WWE. This year’s Backlash is scheduled to be hosted on May 4, 2024 from the LDLC Arena in Decines Charpieu in Lyon Metropolis, France.

This is WWE’s first pay-per-view to be hosted in France & the first Backlash to be hosted outside North America. WWE has booked a total of five matches for the show, where four championships are defended on the line. We are just hours away from the 2024 Backlash, the betting odds have been released.

Bet Online has officially released WWE Backlash 2024 betting odds on their website ahead of the PLE. The betting odds reveal the favorites for all the five matches for the show including three World title matches, one tag team title match and one tag team match.

Women’s Tag Team Championship Match- The Kabuki Warriors (C) vs Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill

According to Bet Online, Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill are the betting odds favorites to win the WWE Tag Team Championship with -2000 (1/20) odds. Whereas the current champions The Kabuki Warriors are behind with +700 (7/1) odds.

Randy Orton & Kevin Owens vs The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa & Tama Tonga)

According to Bet Online, The Bloodline are the favorites to win the match, with -500 (1/5) odds on them. Although being the betting odds favorite, they are just a margin ahead. Their opponents, Randy Orton & Kevin Owens are behind with +300 (1/3) odds on them.

WWE Women’s Championship Triple Threat Match- Bayley (C) vs Tiffany Stratton vs Naomi

According to Bet Online, the reigning & defending champion, Bayley has the odds on her with -400 (1/4). Tiffany Stratton is the second favorite to win the title with +250 (5/2) odds & Naomi is the least favorite to win the title with +750 (15/2) odds.

World Heavyweight Championship Match- Damian Priest (C) vs Jey Uso

Bet Online reveals that Damian Priest is the most favorite to retain the World heavyweight Championship with -4000 (1/40) odds. Jey Uso is three times way behind Priest with +1000 (10/1) odds. It is important to note that Priest has been the favorite since the line opened. The line opened with -800 & Jey Uso with +425.

Undisputed WWE Championship Match- Cody Rhodes (C) vs AJ Styles

Bet Online reveals that ‘The American Nightmare’ Cody Rhodes is most likely to win the match with -4000 (1/40) odds. AJ Styles is three times way behind Rhodes with +1000 (10/1) odds on Priest.
