Bron Breakker calls out John Cena for a one-on-one match

Bron Breakker is one of the talented young and upcoming WWE Superstar, who is currently on the Raw roster. Bron recently won the Intercontinental Championship against Sami Zayn at WWE SummerSlam and is the reigning champion on his first reign. At this stage, Bron Breakker calls out the 16-time world champion to retire him, after John Cena announces his retirement tour.

Bron Breakker on retiring John Cena

Bron Breakker recently appeared in an interview with Daily Star, where Breakker was asked about John Cena’s retirement. Breakker explained how he is the best choice for Cena’s retirement match in WWE.

Bron Breakker said,

“I think the only fitting match that comes to mind for me is to retire John Cena, because I mean he’s going on a farewell tour from what I know. I don’t know how long he’s going to be around and stuff, or what his schedule is, but if he wants to come back and have the best possible match with the most elite talent that there is to work with that he hasn’t worked with yet, that’s me. There is no one else.”

Bron then said that he is the best of the best for the next generation and this match could make him the leader of the locker room.

Breakker said,

“So if he wants to get in there and mix it up with the best of the best of the next generation, that’s going to be there for the next five to ten years. Someone who is going to step up and be leaders of this locker room. It’s me.”

Bron Breakker vs John Cena for the Intercontinental Championship?

Earlier this week in an interview on MuscleMalcolm, Breakker was asked about who could be the ideal opponent for his Intercontinental Championship. To which Breakker said John Cena, referencing that Cena has never won the IC title before and called him out, to take the title from him.

Bron Breakker said,

“John Cena. He has never won the Intercontinental Championship before. So I say come take it from me. Come take the Championship from me. Grow some balls, come take the Championship from me. Let’s go. Let’s do it.”
