Chad Gable is the leader of the American-Made faction!

After a prolific amateur wrestling career, Chad Gable transitioned into pro wrestling and signed with the WWE in 2013. Gable made his promotional debut in 2015 in the developmental brand, NXT where he teamed up with Jason Jordan (American Alpha).

The American Alpha event went on to capture the WWE NXT Tag Team Championship, Gable’s first title in the promotion. During the 2016 WWE draft, the American Alpha were promoted to the main roster and they made their debut on SmackDown. Gable and Jordan repeated their success from NXT as they captured the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship.

The faction was disbanded when Jordan was moved to Monday Night Raw, following which Gable formed a tag team with a returning Shelton Benjamin. Another superstar shakeup in 2018 saw Gable move to Raw and form a tag team with Bobby Roode.

The two were successful in capturing the WWERAW Tag Team Championship, the title reign lasted a total of 63 days. After another superstar shakeup, Gable introduced a new character named ‘Shorty G’ which was not received well by fans, after which Gable formed the widely popular Alpha Academy with Otis.

The Alpha Academy captured the WWE RAW Tag Team Championship and Gable later added Akira Tozawa and Maxxine Dupri to the faction. However, a feud with Otis saw him leave the faction and create a new faction named the American Made with members The Creed Brothers (Brutus and Julius Creed) and Ivy Nile.

Gable has had multiple accolades in the promotion and with a long career ahead of him he will likely continue to add accolades to his name. Here we take a look at Gable’s WrestleMania record.

Chad Gable‘s first WrestleMania appearance came at the 38th edition where he alongside Otis took part in a Triple Threat match for the WWE RAW Tag Team Titles. However, Gable is yet to register a win at the ‘Grandest Stage’ as he has lost both matches he has been a part of at the PLE.
