Top five changes WWE must make by year end

2024 has been a great year for the company so far
In, the last few years we have seen many changes in WWE. With WWE signing a deal with TKO, now being part of the company that owns UFC, WWE is now part of a huge sports entertainment juggernaut company.
Mr. McMahon, the company’s lone decision-maker for many years, is no longer there. In his place comes Triple H, a previous multi-time champion.
Many people believe the product has improved under The Game, with more rational storytelling and decision-making. The needless name changes have disappeared, and stars appear to have greater creative flexibility.
WWE will relocate RAW on Netflix beginning in January 2025. This week, the show returned to its two-hour schedule.
Along with that major shift, the organization must implement the following five adjustments by the end of 2024.
5. Determine the two-hour format for RAW
The pace of the most recent edition of RAW was one of the most erratic and hurried this year. Sexyy Red began the performance at random and did nothing noteworthy until another brief confrontation with Ethan Page, which undermined his credibility as a heel.
Her presence was not advertised, but her NXT position was. That little section could have focused more on one of the contests or an actual performer. Several celebs then interrupted others to pivot to their own portions. Seth Rollins cut off Punk, and Jey Uso did the same to Rollins.
4. Separate some WWE duos that have hinted at breakups
The year 2024 has put several WWE duos to the test. The New Day has now come into focus, and it might disintegrate before the end of the year. A-Town Down Under appeared to be on the verge of breaking up, but they have remained together thus far.
DIY and The Street Profits were highlighted but experienced dismal losses. With so many teasers, one or more of those teams should have split up already. Pure Fusion Collective is already a failed endeavor.
WWE attempts to make them appear threatening by assaulting talents at the bottom of the division like as Chance, Carter, and Zelina Vega. Following many significant losses, the triumvirate has lost all credibility. Deville should return to NXT and aid the future generation of talents.
Splitting some teams will offer the singles division stars who can do more than sit on a weak squad. That goes double on SmackDown if the Motor City Machine Guns are indeed headed to the blue brand.
3. Swap several talents from the main roster and NXT
The WWE roster has seen significant injuries and hiatuses on both RAW and SmackDown. Former WWE champions Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, and Asuka have all been absent for various reasons over the previous year.
Dakota Kai, Shotzi, and Raquel Rodriguez have also taken part. During that time, Lyra Valkyria and Kiana James were both drafted to RAW. James is currently injured. Alexa Bliss and Carmella are still on maternity leave. The Miz turned heel yet again, but his character remains stale.
While limiting the show to two hours would deprive stars of the opportunity to be on screen, having the correct sort of performer on screen can help with the transition. WWE has improved The Miz by bringing in people like Lexis King and Ethan Page.
Both can play slimy heels and are a step above The A-Lister in the ring. For the women, Izzi Dame is a physical presence in NXT rather than performing anything. She might be deployed as a bodyguard for Tiffany Stratton or another person. Katana Chance and Kayden Carter are thrilling, but their potential is limited.

2. Better to use Omos on Raw or SmackDown as the big guy
Omos was one of the talents most affected by Vince McMahon’s transition to Triple H. The Nigerian Giant served as an attraction when combined with MVP. MVP came to AEW when WWE did not include him in their plans.
Because he is a spectacle, WWE must find a method to get the big guy on television. He can transfer to SmackDown or NXT, although Omos is best employed in angles.
He can face Bronson Reed, join Alpha Academy, or fight Oba Femi. Omos isn’t the most technically knowledgeable star, but he provides fans with a unique presentation style that should be employed.
1. Develop believable possible winners for both Royal Rumble matches
Every year, a few favorites emerge for the Royal Rumble bout. Last year’s event included Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Gunther and Drew McIntyre as potential winners.
Bayley, Jade Cargill, Lynch, and Nia Jax were favorites in the women’s contest. Since Roman Reigns is finally without a championship and The Rock returns at Bad Blood, both move to the top of the list. The issue, though, is that neither star should win the match.
The Rock, like the Head of the Table, does not need another championship run or a WrestleMania major event. This also applies to Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, Charlotte Flair, and any other previous winners.
There are lots of viable full-time candidates who meet the qualifications. CM Punk still deserves his WrestleMania main event spot, which he could obtain by winning the Rumble. Bron Breakker, Kevin Owens, Rodriguez, Bliss and Iyo Sky would all benefit from winning the match.
